Need help!!!

Hi i am an Albanian cittizen and have some properties from my grandfather in Instanbul.I have all the original property titles.I dont have much clue of the condition of these houses but all i know is that there are in Beyoglu...

My question is what is the agency or the authority to start the procedure of regaining this properties.

What are the steps?Where do i start from?I would be very gratefull if someone could help me.Thanks in advise

You must apply to Beyoğlu Title Directarote if your grandfather's name is in the copputer systems (TAKBİS), you can take your titles. Metin BEYAZ

When you say that i must apply i should apply online?Or need to telephone?Or the worst case i should go myself diectly to the agency u mentioned above...
